We provide
site callouts for air conditioning and refrigeration covering
a wide range of industry sectors and applications from server
rooms to coldstores
and commercial fridge systems. From receiving the initial
call we aim to have an engineer on site within 24 - 48 hours
depending on the site location and our current workload. In
some instances we can attend site the same working day should
our engineers be working local to that particular site.
 Some
businesses request a callout within 24 hours for systems serving
critical areas such as server rooms. We are able to incorporate
this within our service
and maintenance packages that can be tailored to you
specific needs.
We charge
a standard callout fee for an engineer to attend site which
allows for the first hour on site based on the site being
within a 10 mile radius of St.Neots. Any additional hours
on site are charged at our standard hourly rate. If needing
to travel further afield travel would be charged at our standard
hourly rate plus mileage.

 All
work is carried out during normal working hours Mon-Fri unless
requested otherwise. If we are required to attend site outside
normal hours of working such as weekends or public holidays
then additional costs would apply.
The majority
of common problems can be diagnosed and rectified within the
first hour on site. However there are instances which involve
a more detailed investigation and diagnosis and instances
where replacement parts would need to be installed. Should
additional visits be required or spare parts needing to be
ordered these would be quoted prior to any repairs being carried
out.
There
may be instances when a callout can be avoided through basic
fault finding. We are able to guide customers through some
basic checks over the phone which can often resolve easy to
fix problems saving you money from a callout visit.
Our
preventative maintenance contracts also help to reduce
site callouts and maintain the reliability and performance
of the systems saving you money long term.
