We provide complete design and build packages which are tailored specifically to the clients' requirements taking into account energy conservation, running costs, the latest design concepts and cleanliness levels that conform to the latest ISO/US classification standards. All our designs (where the site allows) utilise the modular construction concept. This type of construction offers the client flexibility for any future expansion or relocation of a facility. The modular concept simplifies design, reduces overall costs and installation duration.

During the early stages of a project, we dedicate much time to designing and fine tuning the mechanical services and structural concept of a facility prior to the installation taking place. This includes filtration levels, air flow volumes, air change rates, differential room pressures, lighting and noise levels, ductwork and control systems. These key elements are precisely calculated to ensure the design and operation complies with the recognised industry practices in accordance with the appropriate cleanroom standard.

In many of our designs, we try to eliminate the need for large ductwork systems which has the advantage of saving space and considerable cost to the end-user.

The structural elements and the mechanical services are produced electronically using CAD software by our drawing office. Our highly experienced project engineers and design team have acquired many years experience within this specialised industry, and have an in-depth knowledge of cleanroom design, construction and system operation. We also design control systems that are specifically designed to accurately control and monitor the mechanical plant serving an area, predominantly maintaining the temperature, humidity and air volumes within a facility.
