High grade and ultra efficient particulate air filters provide the final filtration stage within a cleanroom facility. These filters are protected normally by two stages of lower grade filtration. The Class of cleanroom environment will dictate the filter classification/efficiency percentage value. The higher efficiency value and lower the penetration value, the greater the cleanliness levels are within an area.

Fan Filter unit
The Fan Filter module is a self-powered, self-contained in-ceiling unit for use in laminar and non laminar flow cleanrooms, available in the various classification ranges in accordance with EN1822. Designed to be lightweight and easy to install, it has a low level operating noise and an easily replaceable HEPA or ULPA filter.

The filter module is available in many sizes allowing it to be used in various different ceiling grid systems. All are compact, lightweight and easy to install for various applications. The special design also allows both horizontal and vertical positioning.

The fan filter modules are operated by variable speed controllers that can be designed to operate multiple or single units.

All filters are factory tested to meet the most stringent standards which include the filters being leak tested or scanned for functional reliability.

Ducted Ceiling hood
The ducted ceiling hood is available in the various classification ranges in accordance with EN1822, and is designed to meet the stringent air quality requirements of cleanrooms. The hood is hermetically sealed to prevent any type of leak, lightweight in design and can be easily installed. The hood is available in a dry seal one-piece gasket or knife edge application and can be used in individually ducted laminar and non-laminar flow cleanrooms.

Dry Seal filters
One-piece gasket dry seal filters are designed for use in cleanrooms and other clean workable environments. Available in the various classification ranges in accordance with EN1822, these filters provide the necessary levels of contamination control within cleanroom environments.

Knife-edge filters
Knife-edge filters provide a perfect seal within a liquid channel ceiling grid system. Because of their high efficiency classification, the filters are extremely effective in providing the necessary levels of contamination control within a cleanroom.

Fluid Seal filters
Fluid seal filters feature an integral groove filled with gel at the air inlet side which ensures a perfect seal in housing systems. Available in various classification ranges in accordance with EN1822, these filters provide the necessary levels of contamination control within cleanroom environments.
