Scapa UK Ltd (formerly Medifix Adhesive Products LTD)
Scapa UK LTD produce high-tech wound dressings and adhesive applications for use in many of our hospitals and healthcare environments.

Over the past 12 years, we have carried out many different projects for Medifix Adhesive Products prior to the company recently merging with Scapa UK. During 1992, we were awarded the contract to dismantle an existing cleanroom and relocate the facility at Medifix's new premises in Luton.

The existing and new structural sections were then reinstalled along with the mechanical services plant. A new ceiling and an epoxy floor finish was installed to complete the project on time and to budget. The cleanroom continues to operate today within the ISO classification 7. Since the merger with Scapa UK, we have carried out various other projects within a number of their factory coating areas.

We have also designed and installed systems that utilise split-system air conditioners linked to a dehumidifier system to operate at 20 ±2°c @ 35 ±5%RH within a coating areas.

We provide the servicing and maintenance contract for the mechanical plant serving the cleanroom as well as providing cleanroom validation testing at regular intervals throughout the year.

We have built up a strong working relationship with Scapa and continue to offer the quality and service our client has come to expect.
